The purpose of the research is to reveal cultural aspects Volodymyr Yanev's scientific work in context anthropological and ethnopsychological studies. methodology based on involvement humanistic approach as basis for understanding heritage V. Yanev; synergistic used a methodological multifaceted analysis conceptual ideas cultural, anthropological, knowledge; axiological identify value principles work. article uses following methods: analytical - study historical-philosophical, ethno-psychological works issues; semiotic reconstruction meanings, signs symbols embedded analyzed scientist; comparative compare various theories developed field anthropology ethnopsychology. novelty arises from fact that first outstanding Ukrainian scientist – Yanev interpreted through prism cultural-anthropological discourse, formed fields European world science 20th century.
